Yoga and mindfulness for youth supports social emotional learning, positive self-image, self-regulation, wellness, and fitness, but teaching is hard and the stresses and isolation of the past year or so has made it harder. Educators need opportunities to connect with colleagues, learn new skills, rejuvenate, and be inspired so they can continue to offer their best selves to their students, their families, and the world.
Join your colleagues online from April 17 to May 1 to hear motivating speakers, participate in interactive workshops, build teaching and business skills, take experience movement classes, and network with the kids yoga, mindfulness, and social emotional learning community, all from the comfort of wherever you are.
