About Amy Morrison

After 15 years doing print graphic Amy Morrison had young twin daughters and wanted more flexibility and less stress in her life, so she decided to take RYT-200 teacher training with YogaFit International. She followed that up with trainings focused specifically on children’s yoga offered by YoKid and Move with Me Yoga Adventures. Amy has been teaching children’s yoga since2012 and has been teaching preschool and elementary aged children for Maryland-based Shining Kids Yoga since 2017.

As Covid took kids yoga online, she’s used her background in graphic design to come up with games and activities that translate well to online yoga fun for kids.

In her free time, Amy likes to paddleboard, hike and just enjoy time outdoors with her dog and two daughters.
