Read Aloud: Cookie Doughga A Book about yoga, mindfulness, and cookies!

You’re invited to join us with Margot Harris for a free event to learn about ways to teach resilience to kids. You’ll also hear Margot read from her book, ‘Cookie Doughga: A Book about Yoga, Mindfulness, and Cookies!’ which empowers children to observe their mind, and use their body as a tool for taking charge of their emotions.
Sign up for your FREE ticket to join us for this event AND be sure to enter for a chance to win a copy of Cookie Doughga: A Book about Yoga, Mindfulness, and Cookies by visiting us on Instagram.

Margot’s recently authored her first children’s book, titled: Cookie Doughga: A Book about Yoga, Mindfulness, and Cookies! It teaches valuable life skills such as pausing, breathing, and learning to trust oneself through the pathway of yoga. This sweet, and simple rhyming story is perfect for ages 3-8. It’s her greatest hope that children from all over the world can use her story as a tool for body and mind connection, self reflection, and most of all—FUN!
