The Teen Track of the National Kids Yoga Conference is specifically designed to engage youth ages 13-17. Teens will be inspired with their personal yoga practice, as well as connected to the premier community of youth yoga practitioners. Teens will experience special classes designed just for them discuss relevant topics like yoga and body image/self-esteem, hands on applications of yoga to daily life, and the progression from teen yogi to community leader or teacher.
The 2021 conference is virtual, so teens can participate from home. The teen track will be held on the first two days of the conference, April 16-17.
A limited number of scholarships are available. The application process is a simple 4 question survey. All applications processed on a rolling basis but close on March 20 so all recipients can be notified by April 1st.
Since 2014, the National Kids Yoga Conference has brought together more than 1,500 children’s yoga educators to collaborate and learn from more than 200 speakers who have shared their knowledge and expertise with kids yoga educators. NKYC participants have shared yoga and mindfulness with more than a million children and youth in the United States and Canada alone.
We support the adults who bring yoga, mindfulness, and social emotional skills to youth. Your support helps us do that.
