In this workshop, Pleasance Silicki will facilitate and share tools for getting organized for the season/year ahead to be strategic, creative, and do some community problem solving! Join us for this workshop to spend time mapping out and aligning your goals, dreams and desires for all the areas of our life that impact our work model, design and offerings.
Come ready to dive into your calendar, your finances and set your goals in a realistic and meaningful way. Bring creative materials, journals and any materials that you used to set yourself up in 2021. Not able to attend LIVE? This is an interactive workshop with breakout sessions, but a recording of the presentation and downloads will be available for replay for 30 days after the event (note: breakout groups will not be recorded).

About Pleasance Silicki Pleasance is an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor, Holistic Health Coach, Author, Death Doula, Inner Voice Facilitator and Adjunct Faculty at The American University. As a mother of two and an Enneagram type 4; she loves integrating the science of well being into daily life. She teaches from the foundations of evidence-based Positive Psychology and weaves the practices of many wisdom traditions including The Vedas, Mystical Judaism, Earth Based Rituals and Ceremony, & Somatic Healing. She is the founder of THRIVE, an online self-care class and LOLA, a dynamic community based in sacred circles and teachings that cultivate liberation and awakening in daily life. Pleasance is the author of Delight: 8 Principles for Living with Joy And Ease, published in 2016 and the host of the LOLA Community Podcast, since 2018. As founder of lil omm Yoga Studio, the Co-Founder of The National Kids Yoga Conference and Septima Clark Public Charter School, Pleasance is passionate about bringing well being into a variety of communities and connecting spiritual teachings to racial justice. In higher education she taught Mindful Explorations, Strategies in Stress Management and in the American University Community Experience program. She facilitates Mind-Body Medicine Skills Groups, Stress Management and Self-Care workshops and retreats. Pleasance honors and appreciates all of the teachers, guides and ancestors who support her learning, growing and evolving in her lifelong studies.
