In 2003, Ana completed the Yoga Alliance’s 200-hour level teacher training through 7 Centers Yoga Arts in Sedona, Arizona. Here is where Ana met many of her gurus of yoga: Rama Jyoti Vernon and Ruth Hartung. After the 200-hour level training, Ana worked at 7 Centers Yoga Arts as an instructor and an Ayurvedic chef. In 2005, Ana completed the 500-hour level training program with 7 Centers Yoga Arts. She concentrated on Conflict Resolution as taught by Rama Jyoti Vernon and Max Lafser. In 2007, Ana pilgrimaged to India with her husband, where she focused on visiting many temples and ashrams. This experience redirected her life. In 2009, her greatest guru was born, her son. This next spiritual experience led her to realize her love for kid’s yoga. Today, she teaches peace and kid’s yoga at local schools, and is the director of Sedona Sol Joyful Kids Yoga program.
