Jessica Geilfuss, M.S. believes that every child deserves a childhood that is full of magic, wonder, and lots of play and it starts with the family! She’s been in the early childhood field for about 15 years and received her Master’s degree from Wheelock College in Educational Studies with a concentration in early childhood education. She is adjunct faculty at Fisher College in the Early Childhood Department, mostly teaching future early childhood educators (and many times, parents) child development. In 2018, she joined KidPowerment Yoga, a Boston-based yoga school and education organization, as the Operations Manager, where she has helped to create KidPowerment’s first parenting series supporting parents at the beginning of the pandemic. She is currently enrolled in a 200hr yoga teacher training program with the hopes to pair her child development knowledge with her yoga training to help more families under the KidPowerment umbrella.
