Mshinda Middleton-Brown is the Principal of R.N. Harris Elementary School in Durham, NC. Previously, she served as the Rtl School Coordinator for Durham Public Schools for eight years. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, she received her undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston, and her graduate degree from North Carolina Central University.
