Nallely (na-YEA-lee) is mother to a preschooler and a toddler, an experienced elementary school teacher, a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, a 95hr Children’s Yoga Teacher and founder of YO YOGA – Yoga for Young Ones. She enjoys planning dynamic and interactive yoga classes that introduce yoga to the youngest yogis.
She founded YO YOGA because she wanted her daughter and son to practice yoga, but soon realized that there are not many spaces for little ones to move and breathe meaningfully while also playing and learning.
After over a year of successful in-person classes, she pivoted her yoga offerings online during the COVID pandemic. Teaching online has taught Nallely that it is possible to practice yoga and connect with the little yogis in a virtual context.
