Evidence-based and educator-developed, the Peace of Mind Program is used in classrooms nationwide and blends easily with yoga and other SEL programs.
Peace of Mind includes: Weekly Curriculum for PreK-8, our new Social Justice Lesson Supplement for Grades 3-5, Classroom Resources and Storybooks, a mindfulness video library our 9-lesson “Coping with Covid” virtual lesson series for elementary school, online training courses including “Getting Started with the Peace of Mind Curriculum”, and a vibrant community of practice.
